Abstract

Green bonds and sustainability bonds are two instruments for sustainable financing. During the COVID-19 period, it is interesting to see companies issuing these two instruments because, apart from the company's survival, they also maintain environmental and social sustainability. Therefore, the research used a descriptive and qualitative method to explain the two instruments issued by the company during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results obtained were an increase in the value of bonds in Malaysia and Thailand after the first year of COVID-19.
