Abstract
The joint decree of 4 Ministers Number 03/KB/2021 regarding guidelines for the implementation of learning in the Covid-19 era provides school policies with opportunities to implement Hybrid. Learning is carried out to monitor student activities, both face-to-face by utilizing technology in each process, as well as online learning processes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of the Hybrid Learning Model to student learning outcomes. This type of research is experimental with a quantitative descriptive approach. The research population is class X IPS and the sampling technique is purposive sampling with the criteria that students have adequate internet access, and have a high interest in learning. The data analysis technique used the Independent Samples T-test as a hypothesis test. The results showed that, 1) the application of the Hybrid Learning Model, learning TCK-based, in proving the hypothesis was accepted using the T-test, where the calculation results obtained sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 with a significant level of 0.005. This means, that the implementation of the Hybrid Learning Model in the experimental class is better than the control class, 2) the average effectiveness level of the experimental class learning outcomes is higher than the control class with a N Gain value of 0.76 classified as "effective" compared to the control class with N Gain value of 0. 24 classified as "less effective"
