Technological advancements have increased the possibility for unlimited exploitation of natural resources, while the amount of natural resources is limited. In connection with this issue, the use of natural resources especially the non-renewable resources needs to be regulated clearly. The business people and the public should create harmonious and synergic relationships to avoid the negative impacts of the using of natural resources. The previous research shows that the formulation of legal regulations recenly is more exploitative and seems to be an economic instrument for exploiting natural resources.
