Level of Social Capital of Beef Cattle Farmers who Carry Out Profit Sharing Systems with Universities

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the level of social capital of beef cattle farmers who follow the system for results with higher education (UNHAS). This research was conducted between May to June 2019 in Bangkala Sub-district, District of Maiwa, Enrekang Regency. Sample was choosed purposively totalled 27 person. The data were collected through observation and in-depth interview by using a questionnaire. The research was descriptive quantitative. Analysis of the data used was frequency distribution using a Likert scale. The results of the study showed that the level of trust, linkage, reciprocity and norms was at a medium level.
