Abstract
Based on the current urgent needs of traditional enterprise transformation, this article starts with the traditional enterprise transformation operation mode from the perspective of venture capital, and briefly introduces it. At the same time, focusing on the transformation and development of enterprises, it can clarify the construction methods of traditional enterprises’ transformation operation mode under venture capital. In addition, focusing on improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise market, the necessity of risk prevention in online transformation is proposed, which lays the foundation for reducing business risks and improving management efficiency.
