Abstract
In order to support the department's success in implementing the department's quality standards, high-quality standard documents are required. These will ensure that the competencies produced by the department's graduates are based on their learning achievements while strengthening and enriching those graduates' learning achievements in accordance with the Outcome Based Education curriculum. This research produces an electronic book (e-book) based on the Outcome Based Education (OBE) Curriculum as technological literacy, learning resources, and alternative media, which can facilitate students' learning methods, designed according to student characteristics. It will also establish whether using electronic book media for scouting instruction in accordance with the curriculum for outcome-based education is feasible.
