Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and compensation on employee performance partially and together. The sampling technique uses random sampling, and data collection techniques in this study use a questionnaire. Instrument testing techniques in this study are the validity and reliability test, while the data analysis technique uses the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and descriptive analysis. The results showed that employee performance. Partially the work environment has no effect on employee performance while compensation has an effect on performance
