Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, career development and training on employee performance at the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 92 respondents. The Analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study self-efficacy significantly influence employee performance by 30.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0.000 < 0.05. Career Development has a significant effect on employee performance by 37.8%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0.000 < 0.05. The training had a significant effect on employee performance by 30.4%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Self-efficacy, career development and training simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 50.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0.000 < 0.05.
