Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Office of Religious Affairs in South Tangerang City. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 52 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership style significantly influence employee performance by 35.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance by 41.8%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Leadership style, motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously significantly influence employee performance by 56.0%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05.
