Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze and explain the impact of Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction level of employees on PT. Telkom of Makassar Regional Office. The research was using simple random sampling technique. The population was all employee of PT. Telkom of Makassar Regional with total number 176 people and the number of sample was 64 respondent. The data collecting technique used a questionnaire for getting the primary data and the secondary data were collected using interview and documentation technique. The data is analyzed by using simple linear regression. The data were processed using the application of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 23. The empirical results shows that the Organizational Culture has an impact on Job Satisfaction level of employees on PT. Telkom of Makassar Regional Office. The result is positive and significant.
