Abstract
In order to explore the influencing factors of college students using sports and fitness APP, specifically solve the problems such as "poor user experience, low user loyalty, and poor user stickiness", retain college student users and improve their utilization rate, students from 83 universities in Wuhan were selected to draw samples, using SPSS24.0 software to test the validity and reliability, the correlation analysis and results were sorted by the gray relational method. The results show that five aspects including "sports APP develop corresponding incentive system" are the main factors affecting the use of sports APP.
