Abstract

Data are the basic resources and strategic resources, data value is more and more attention. However, due to the complexity and uniqueness of data assets, it is sometimes difficult to measure the fair value of data assets evaluation, and its value-added income distribution lacks research and practical application. Based on the current data asset evaluation methods, this paper proposes a data asset evaluation method based on subjective and objective combination and a data asset value-added income distribution model, which provides a convenient reference for data asset transactions and data income distribution system construction.
