Abstract
The national and local governments have issued a series of documents to speed up the development of agriculture and rural areas since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the Rural Revitalization Strategy. This paper takes the home-returning migrant workers in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province as the research samples, and uses a questionnaire survey to study the migrant workers' willingness to return home to start a business. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of migrant workers' willingness to return home to start a business in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote migrant workers' return home to start a business and accelerate the development of Rural Revitalization.
