Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Optimizing Institutional Support in Improving Lecturer Performance in Publication at Private Universities in the Riau Archipelago. There are 12 private universities in the Riau Archipelago that have very low scientific publications, especially in terms of national and international publications. Over the past three years, data released by the government via the sinta.kemdikbud.go.id website show that lecturer publications have continued to decline. Institutional support related to information and funding is urgently needed by private tertiary university lecturers in terms of improving performance in the field of publication.
