Abstract
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, its application in the financial field is attracting widespread attention. This paper aims to conduct in-depth research on the institutional issues involved in the participation of artificial intelligence in financial activities. Through case analysis and empirical data, this study reveals the institutional challenges and potential opportunities caused by artificial intelligence in the financial field, providing valuable references for financial entities and regulatory authorities to adapt to the rapidly changing financial environment.
