By using a qualitative approach method, as well as normative juridical methods, assisted by literature studies as a data collection tool, then analyzed using descriptive analysis, to produce a comprehensive study. The results of the study show that the strength of local examination evidence in proving civil case trials is that local examinations are facts found by judges at trial, therefore, have binding power for judges.
