Abstract

This paper will describe the efforts of the police in overcoming violent crimes by the police. This paper is a normative juridical study using literature studies as data collection. From the descriptive analysis, it was found that preventive efforts were carried out through community participation, accompanied by regular patrols in crime-prone locations.
