Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out how the legal protection for children who are victims of cyber bullying is. By using a normative juridical approach and literature study as data collection, accompanied by descriptive analysis, to then be presented in a comprehensive manner. The result is that the form of legal protection for child victims of cyberbullying has been regulated in Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection which can be used as a legal tool capable of protecting criminal acts.
