Abstract

This article discusses cyberbullying from a criminological perspective. A qualitative approach using normative juridical methods is used to examine cyberbullying from a criminological perspective. From the results of the descriptive analysis, it was found that cyberbullying is a criminal act and can be categorized as a criminal act.
