Abstract
The most valuable asset of every group is its ability to court process delight human resources. They serve as the foundation of every running facility. A company's ability to effectively manage its staff and retain quality employees is correlated with its ability to: recognize the contribution of each and every individual Motivation is one of those factors that influence our actions and artwork. This study was conducted to determine the effect of praise and acknowledgment, joy with supervision and focuses on the enjoyment of the process.
