Abstract
With the rapid development of new media technology, the phenomenon of cyber violence has gradually come to the forefront, becoming an important is-sue that affects social stability and individual mental health. This paper utilizes empirical research methods to deeply explore the causes of cyber violence and its governance measures. It is found that the emergence of cyber violence is closely related to various factors such as intention, power imbalance, anonymity and openness. The results of the study have certain theoretical and practical significance in guiding practice and reducing the occurrence of cyber violence.
