Abstract

Virtual reality technology plays an important role in improving the rehabilitation ability of the middle-aged and the elderly. It can train the reaction speed of the middle-aged and the elderly, improve their physical quality and help them improve their quality level. Therefore, this paper probes into the application of virtual reality technology in improving the rehabilitation ability of middle-aged and old people, constructs a rehabilitation training platform based on virtual reality technology, and carries out experiments, it is expected to provide some reference for the practical application of virtual reality technology.
