Abstract

The fairness and efficiency of the profit distribution scheme are important factors to ensure the stable operation of the shipping alliance. However, the limitations of the communication structure in the shipping alliance and the differences in the commitment of each member enterprise to various factors in the alliance pose challenges to the formulation of the alliance's profit distribution. To solve this problem more reasonably, first of all, this paper summarizes the influencing factors of profit distribution in shipping alliances, explains each factor and gives the evaluation method. Then, considering the limitation of the communication structure of the shipping alliance, this paper takes the AT solution as the basic model of profit distribution, and then considers the commitment of each enterprise in the alliance, introduces the improved Cloud Gravity method based on TOPSIS method to improve the traditional AT solution model, and proposes the Cloud TOPSIS-AT solution model.
