Abstract
The high need for access to information technology that must be fast, accurate, effective, and efficient becomes a necessity in everyday activities where one of them is Medan City which has used e-government services in the government system. In line with this, researchers feel interested in trying to identify success strategies in e-government services in Medan City that have been running since 2017. Research methodology through a descriptive approach which is divided into 3 stages. The results showed that there were 11 identification of success strategies in e-government services in Medan City.
