The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. The results showed that learning styles had a significant effect on learning achievement by 70.4%. Generation Z learning style is a visual learning style of 34.2%, kinesthetic by 20.2%, and auditory by 6.6% respectively.
