Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, and work environment on employee performance at the PT KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto office. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample of 132 respondents with sampling techniques using saturated samples. Data is collected through questionnaires or questionnaires, and data is measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 25 with descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determines coefficient test, and t-test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it show that compensation variables and work environment variables simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
