Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of supervision on teacher performance with self-efficacy as a mediating factor in elementary schools located in Kalinyamatan District, Jepara. This study uses a survey methodology and uses path analysis to test the hypothesis. The study was conducted on a sample of 150 teachers who were randomly selected using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the study show the following: (1) It has been seen that there is a direct and significant beneficial influence of supervision on Teacher Performance. (2) Supervision has a positive and significant influence on Self-Efficacy. (3) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance.
