Abstract

Advancements in today’s digital era are bounded to the movement towards the era of globalization. This era has made human activities inseparable from digitalization. An adequate legal system that adjusts to this condition is also needed. The digital globalization strongly affects the legal system of a country, because it consequently requires legal globalization. The role of law in the development of the digital world in the current era of globalization and modernization is still being questioned for the presence of law is undeniably required to regulate all aspects of social life including social, political, cultural, and educational aspects. The law also has essential roles in organizing digital activities.
