Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Analysis of Factors Affecting Employee Performance of PT. Amartha Micro Fintech. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. Population 130 with a sample of 100 respondents and test instruments as many as 30 respondents. Work discipline, motivation, and OCB (organizational citizenship behavior) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the sig value (0.000) <(0.05). The contribution of model 1 work discipline and motivation is 0.324 or 32.4%, while the rest is 67.6%, the contribution of model 2 variable work discipline, motivation and OCB (organizational citizenship behavior) is 0.676 or 67.6%. While the rest is 32.4%. OCB (organizational citizenship behavior) does not mediate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. OCB (organizational citizenship behavior) mediates the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. Finally, the writer suggested to PT. Amartha Mikro Fintek to further maintain work discipline through OCB (organizational citizenship behavior) in improving performance and increasing work motivation through OCB (organizational citizenship behavior) so that employee performance becomes even better.
