Abstract
The emergence of Society 5.0 presents both opportunities and challenges for educational leadership, requiring innovative approaches to address diverse individual abilities within educational institutions. This study investigates the intersection of educational leadership values and Gardner's Multiple Intelligences theory, emphasizing the integration of technology, socio-cultural dynamics, and leadership practices to nurture multiple intelligences. A qualitative methodology was employed through a systematic literature review of credible and recent sources, with primary data derived from Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligences and secondary data from reputable databases such as Google Scholar, Springer, Scopus, and Web of Science. The findings reveal key leadership values essential for Society 5.0, including interpersonal intelligence fostering empathy, intrapersonal intelligence enhancing self-awareness, and spatial-musical intelligence driving creativity and innovation. These insights underline the potential of aligning leadership values with multiple intelligences to transform educational practices, enhance inclusivity, and foster adaptive leadership in a rapidly evolving technological context. Future research should incorporate empirical studies, interviews, or surveys to explore practical applications and further validate these theoretical findings.
