Abstract
Micro and small industries are very important in a country's economy. In the case of developing countries or regions, one of the important issues in micro and small industries is labor productivity. This study aims to analyze labor productivity which is influenced by education level, age, and wage level in several provinces in Java. To get the appropriate analysis results, the method used in this study is panel data regression analysis. The results of the analysis in this study found several findings, namely education level, age, and wage level have a significant positive effect on labor productivity in micro and small industries in Java.
