Improving Governance and English Capabilities of Sangeh Tourism Object Manager, Sangeh Village, Abiansemal Sub-district, Badung

This research aims to improve the governance and English capabilities of Sangeh Tourism Object Managers, Sangeh Village, Abiansemal Sub-district, Badung Regency. This area attracts tourists due the presence of a large forestinhabited by monkeys. The background of study is the limitations of managers as partners in managing Sangeh Tourism Object. Initial observations of this activity indicate that there are two basic problems found in the management of the tourism object, namely governance and English. Governance is an important aspect because Sangeh Tourism Object is a fairly large institution with diverse work fields, such as ticket sales, monkey handling, and tourist guides. The problem of governance is overcome by conducting lecture and discussion on organizational governance to strengthen the tasks and functions of each section. The English problem of tourism object managers is seen in their inability to use communicate to foreign tourists in the language. The results of PKM activities show that managers now have the ability to carry out tasks in accordance with their functions and communicate with foreign tourists by applying English language properly.
