Abstract
Persons with disabilities experience difficulties in finding work. The low level of work participation of these category of persons in the formal sector is certainly due to various factors, such as the lack of means or media. Partners in this program are the Office of Manpower and Energy, Mineral Resources of Bali Province and their role is not yet maximized in providing avenues for persons with disabilities to get across to employment providers. Therefore, the purpose of this program is to protect their rights to obtain employment and other social rights. The result of this community services is the existence of a lokerbilitas website and other social media that connects people with disabilities and employment providers as a solution to solving problems experienced by partners. This website is designed toconnect employment providers in need of workers with disabilities in Bali, especially in Denpasar City.
