At present, there are still various formats of informed consent in several hospitals, and the procedures for informed consent are also different. This can be caused by different regulations that have been made by the hospital or because of the lack informations of the doctor's about informed consent. Data was collected from interviews with doctors in the Emergency Units and taking the informed consent format at the Emergency Unit. The results showed that the percentage of hospital followed based on standard format was the Reksodiwiryo Hospital and Central BMC General Hospital with complete results of 100%.
