Abstract
This article explores how to design and develop an online teaching platform for university art majors in the context of Internet+. The content includes: platform functionality design, resource construction, positioning of teacher-student roles, realization of teaching interaction, and methods of learning evaluation. The research shows that a carefully designed online teaching platform can enhance students' interest in learning, provide personalized learning resources, improve interactive communication, and achieve procedural evaluation. However, further improvements are needed in terms of platform security and scalability.
