Content Analysis of "Family of Origin" Issues on Socialized Q&A Platforms:Taking Zhihu as an Example

Abstract
The development of mobile Internet and social media has expanded the space for public discourse on the topic of "family of origin". This paper takes the topic of "original family" in Zhihu as the research object, adopts Python language to capture keywords and analyze word frequency method and manually summarizes the factors to analyze the class list method, to explore the discourse characteristics of the topic of "original family" in Zhihu, as well as the negative and negative social sentiments reflected in the topic. The study explores the discourse characteristics of the "family of origin" discussion topic in Zhihu and the negative social emotions it reflects. The study concludes that in order to solve this phenomenon, it is necessary to establish a good and open family com-munication culture and build a good family communication atmosphere. At the same time, it is necessary for public power to intervene and provide a rule of law guarantee for building a harmonious and equal family communication environment.
