Abstract
This study evaluates how Leadership, job satisfaction, and organizational culture affect employee performance at the Semarang City Health Office. The survey employs original data in the shape of a survey filled out by 95 staff members as a sample. The analysis utilized purposive sampling as the approach. The SPSS version 25 software was employed for hypothesis, validity, reliability, and model testing. According to the study, organizational culture is crucial, but Leadership has minimal effect on employee performance. However, job dissatisfaction may not significantly and positively impact an individual's performance. The inquiry contains implications that are both theoretical and practical.
