Abstract
The high unemployment rate in Indonesia is a crucial problem. To reduce the relatively high level of unemployment, the government needs to increase economic activity or economic growth in their respective regions. The size of the economic growth of a region can be seen from the amount of income which is reflected in the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and investment which is part of the income. The increase in regional income will increase the demand for goods and services in the community. Human resources are the main factor contributing to increased economic growth Human development is the main goal of the political, social, and economic process. The term "human development" refers to the process of giving people more options through empowerment initiatives that place an emphasis on enhancing fundamental human capabilities so that they can fully participate in all areas of development.
