Abstract
This review plans to decide the impact of authority and educator acquisition on school execution, this exploration was directed at the Panglima Besar Soedirman 1 Islamic Professional Secondary School Jakarta. Sources of data using primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sampling method used a saturated sample of 66 respondents consisting of teachers of SMK Islam PB Sudirman 1 Jakarta. The data was processed by descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, tested with the help of the SPSS program. From the results of this study, it was found that leadership had an effect on school performance, teacher procurement had an effect on school performance and simultaneously there was an effect of leadership and teacher procurement on school performance.
