Abstract
The purpose of the research is to present a review of a case study in Indonesia regarding general insurance supply in the presence of economy regulation. The supply of general insurance is affected by gross domestic product, asset, liabilities and equties of general insurance industry, inflation, exchange rate US$1/Rupiah and the presence of economy regulation released by the authority institution. The study shows that asset, exchange rate US$1/Rupiah and inflation have positive correlations to general insurance supply whilt gross domestic product, liability, eqauty and economy regulation presence had negative correlations to general insurance supply.
