Abstract

With the development of the times, the market demand for human resource management is constantly improving. In recent years, with the emergence of Internet of Things (IoT) and big data technologies, human resource management has also entered a new development stage. These technologies can provide more accurate and comprehensive data support, giving managers a better understanding of the overall situation of the company's human resources and providing strong support for the company's development.
