Abstract

The real estate industry is one of the important pillar industries for the development of China's national economy, and land is an important element of the real estate market. The reasonable scale of land reserves can promote the balanced development of the real estate market to a certain extent. This article analyzes the influencing factors of land scale, applies inventory theory to analyze land scale, and analyzes the impact of land reserve scale on the real estate market. Finally, from the supply side, it proposes land reserve policies for the balanced development of China's real estate market.
