Abstract
The previous paper introduces the current status of the application of the company's big data technology in the cost management of various links in the supply chain, and evaluates the effect of the application of big data through the cost indicators, and finds some optimization effects, but at the same time also finds some shortcomings, which lead to the constraints on the effect of cost management. This paper will analyze the company's supply chain costs based on the big data background, point out the problems that exist in the costs that have not been optimized in the big data background, and pave the way for the company to propose solutions.
