Abstract

This study develops a one-stop evaluation framework, EWM-GRA-Kmeans, aiming to evaluate road safety development of the ASEAN community over the past decade (2009-2020). The results’ comparisons suggest the proposed model’s robustness. Overall, this study helps provide policymakers with a reference for policymaking and measures formulation to improve road safety
