Abstract

Exploring potential solutions is essential to overcoming challenges and issues in elementary school education. Problem-based learning and clean and healthy living behavior education are two strategies that may be able to address these issues. This study outlines the problem-based learning model and the education of clean and healthy living behaviors in elementary science classes. This study reviews a number of research publications as part of its literature review. The results stated that the implementation of problem-based learning can improve science learning outcomes, problem solving skills, critical thinking skill and learning activities. Promoting clean and healthy living behaviors in elementary schools is essential to create a healthier learning environment. Clean and healthy behavior education in elementary schools showed an increase in students' knowledge and enthusiasm to implement good practices through engaging educational materials and activities.
