To address this problem, this study aims to conduct a literature review of 10 journals published in 2017-2023. The results of the literature review show that the knowledge management process in the creative industry is helped by digital transformation. knowledge that needs to be stored and shared in the creative industry needs to optimize human elements, processes and technology. It is suggested that further research can deepen the theoretical understanding of the relationship between knowledge management, digitalization, and innovation in the creative industry. Further research can develop a more comprehensive and specific theoretical model for the context of this industry and can be applied by practitioners.
