Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop the concept of Physical Education Courses with the concept of Outcome Based Education in the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. The Outcome Based Education concept is applied by using technology as a lecture companion. Research method applied is Research and Development Design Borg and Gall. The results of the study showed that the physical education course Assessment of the limited product test averaged 66 and 67, the main product test obtained an average score of 73, 72, 73, and 74, and the operational product test obtained an average score of 94, 93, 93 , 94, 91, and 91. The conclusion of the product trial research shows that the Course Development is in accordance with Outcome Based Education and has conformity with the competence of graduates to become Elementary School Teachers.
