Abstract
The title of this research is the analysis of the effect of Quality of Work Life and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at Ludira Husada Tama Hospital Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the role that job satisfaction plays as a mediator in the relationship between employee performance and organizational culture and quality of work life. This research was conducted with quantitative methods and used a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population is 51 employees and the sample used is 51 employees. Therefore, sampling using the census method. The research analysis method uses t-test, f test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis and uses path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of Work Life and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, the Quality of Work Life and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between Quality of Work Life and Organizational Culture on Performance Employee.
