Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of Covid-19 on the income and expenditure of Health Public Service Agency in Indonesia. It is to measure whether there were any changes in both income and spending consumption during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this case, they were their incomes and expenditures affecting the performance of the Public Service Agency in health sector during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative approach. The variables that affected Public Service Agency performance (Covid-19 Case, Public Service Agency Revenue, and Public Service Agency Goods Expenditure) only affected 51% of all determining variables. There were still many other variables that affected performance, especially from various service factors. The most important thing is how to optimally manage the determining variables for performance improvement of Covid-19 on the income and expenditure of Health Public Service Agency Units in Indonesia.
