Abstract
With the continuous expansion of the investment scale of the power grid project, strengthening the project cost management is one of the important means to improve the investment efficiency and efficiency of enterprises. However, the current research on the influence of market factors for the cost is mainly focused on taking passive control means to eliminate or use the change of market factors, however, for the background of the national unified market factors change of power grid engineering construction cost disturbance mechanism is not clear, need further study national unified market factors of the evolution of the developing market characteristics and monitoring methods, and clear the market factors change of power transmission and transformation project cost, conduction and evolution.
